Kim here today with a video tutorial on mica powder. We've gotten a couple of jars of this fun stuff in our kits (we are getting a really pretty green one in the September kit). I know some of you have been wondering what you can do with it (oh the possibilities are endless). 

Well, today I have a quick video showing you how to mix you mica powder with different mediums to create a background. I will use 2 different mediums and create a background on a mini canvas. I'll also tell you how to create mist using your mica powders. 

This is just part 1 of the video. I'll be back later to share with you part 2 of the video where we finish the canvas using the mist we made with the mica, plus just the plain mica powder and some more fun mediums.
