Last week, Bec DAZZLED us with her round robin layout, and Peggy really knocked it out of the park with her lift, so this week, our LOTW goes to Peggy!
I ADORE the color scheme! The red pops, and the white stenciling make this so romantic, and the flower clusters are divine! Congrats, Peggy!
