Congratulations to Dolores for LOTW with this sparkly layout celebrating the New Year.
Love how she chose to use the die cut paper on this one. The black and white photo and color photo look wonderful against the background colors. Very pretty and sparkly layout that reflects the joy expressed in the pictures.
