Challenge Highlights for March 27

Can you believe it? March is almost over and that means that the Challenge deadlines are fast approaching - time to finish your amazing projects and upload them to the Facebook Gallery and the Swirlydoos Challenge Forums...

Bec's Card Challenge for March, featuring a tutorial and an amazing prize, is all about dies.
Here's one of three cards that Betty created; I love her cluster of flowers and butterflies and die-cut vines.


We're into our final week of the March Round Robin and that means that it's time to sign up for the April Challenge. The theme this time is "Clean and Simple", and the twist is to do it Swirly Style! To find out just what that means (and to sign up for a slot), click on the link HERE.



DT Coordinator Kim has been coming up with some incredible sketches for our monthly Sketch Challenge; this one is part of  the February Love Letters Kit. To see what the Swirlydoos Design Team created, take a look HERE

Layout of the Week - March 26th

The Layout of the Week this week goes to Kathi!!!
Kathi made this amazing creation for the March Round Robin challenge, the chipboard treatment on this layout is stunning, plus the colours of the papers match so perfectly with the photo and the flowers, I also love the punched edges.

Heart Shelf - February Project Add on Kit Tutorial and Kit Reveal with Bec

Hi everyone

For today's Saturday tutorial I have a process video on how I made the Heart Shelf from the February Project add on Kit. This is a very fun kit and super easy to make. The black enamel paint and rhinestone trim from the kit inspired me to make this.

This layout was made with material only from the main kit.

Challenge Highlights for March 20

Happy Equinox everyone!
My calendar tells me that Spring is here at last - time to shake off those Winter doldrums, wake up the mojo and start scrapping? What? The mojo is feeling a bit groggy? No problem - our Swirly Challenges are just the thing to bring it back to life!

Bec's Card Challenge for March, featuring a tutorial and an amazing prize, is all about dies.

We're into our third week of the March Round Robin, and that means another round gorgeous lifts; here's Hanne's take on Kimberly's and Cheryl's pages.
