It's my turn to
post a Swirlydoos Saturday Tutorial, and I decided to turn an empty wine bottle
into a piece of decor, using the Finnabair method of layers on layers
This is a great
way to use your embellishment odds and ends, as well as some of the mists that
you've accumulated through the years.
