Congrats to Kathi for LOTW with her patriotic tag. She made this for the RR challenge this month and it is a perfect tag to celebrate the Fourth. I love how she created the rays on her tag and that ribbon is perfect. Love little stars on the ribbon. Great combination of products, Kathi.
