Happy Friday Swirly Savages!!!!

Everyone has been so busy entering the all of the challenges going on this month. It's almost like I can hear scissors and paper shredding and bling popping all over the floor!

National Scrapbooking Day Swirl-a-bration!!!!! On Saturday, May 7th we will be hosting a party like only Swirly Girls can! There will be challenges, classes, games and prizes....that's right PRIZES!!!! Come on by and join in the fun. A full schedule will be posted soon.
Chipboard Palooza is starting to kick into high gear and the chippies are all dressed up and ready to party! All of the submissions are fabulous. I just love all of the techniques everyone is using. Click HERE to check out the contest rules and the PRIZE!!!
Lisa G has posted two more GORGEOUS flower tutorials. How does she keep coming up with these? I don't know, and honestly I don't care as long as she keeps doing what she's doing. *clapping* Thanks Lisa...you have the best tuts around! ;)
Swirlydoos DT work with the April kit was noticed by Bo Bunny and Petaloo!!!! Congratulations girls! Not only are you talented beyond compare, but you are also classy, wonderful women.
To follow up on last week's "A savage was heard saying....", one of our members was going through a tough time with her DH being ill and in the hospital. So many of our members offered prayers and words of support. I'm happy to report that her DH is back on the long road to recovery!!!

Some scary stuff is going on and she wanted to share. So many of our members posted thoughts of support, prayers and a lot of hugs. Members check in pretty regularly and post that they are thinking about her and still praying. We have such a caring community and I am always awe struck by how everyone comes together. Kudos Savages!!! You bring a tear to my eye and joy to my heart. Thank you for being you.
