Happy Friday and more importantly, happy Memorial Day!!

First thing I would like to say is that our hearts and prayers are with all of you in Joplin as well as the other areas that have been devastated by severe weather and tornadoes.  With broken hearts, we are all thinking of you and praying for you all.

• There are still a few tickets left for the Swirlydoos Workshop with Ingvild Bolme and Marion Smith with the Prima Road Show.  This workshop is going to be at CHA in Chicago.  Click the link to the right and get your ticket!
• The June Swirlydoos kit is getting delivered to our subscribers right now.  There is a lot of ewwwing and ahhhing going on.  The kit is AWESOME and there are so many little extras in there.  The kit will be revealed on 6/5.
• The 2nd Annual Swirlydoos Camp is about to take place.  A few VERY, VERY lucky ladies are getting ready to head to a cabin in Colorado for some scrappy fun!! Have the best time!!!!
• Our monthly challenges are winding down and our challenges for June are in the wings.  Great news for our international ladies, the monthly kit sketch challenge has been changed so that it runs until the 15th of the following month.  So, our June sketch challenge will run until 7/15, and so on.  

On this upcoming Memorial Day weekend, we would like to take a moment and think about the men and women in our military.  I know that they are in our hearts and minds always, but Memorial Day is the time when we can nationally celebrate them and their sacrifices.  Please take some time to go to a local parade, visit your local cemetery and look for the flags, say a prayer, leave a flower, shake a hand and say thank you.  We appreciate who you are and what you are willing to do!!!!  Never forget.
