Rarely have I been moved to tears by a mere act of kindness. When I announced this contest I was sure we would receive some very nice cards from some of our very talented members. Never, EVER in my wildest dreams could I have imagined the sheer outpouring of love and time and commitment that rolled in through my mailbox these past couple of weeks.
We have received cards from all over the world! We have recieved cards more beautiful than anything Halmark could ever dream up. We received cards created by children, for children. We recieved NUMEROUS cards that have been published in scrapbooking magazines. We received - - - Hope, in the form of 140 custom created, hand-crafted beautiful cards. With tears in my eyes, and on behalf of every mom of a child with Autism, THANK-YOU. To all who participated, thank you. Each wonderful woman who sent in cards will receive 10% off their next store purchase! Please contact me at info@swirlydoos.com to get your coupon code. These cards will now be shipped off and presented for Auction, with all money raised going directly to Autism Speaks!
Now, for our winner! In a random drawing professionally conducted by my littles, we have chosen the winner of this contest:
Mason tried and tried, and really wanted to choose the winner! Unfortunately, he was more interested in opening and closing the box than pulling out a name! lol
Enter Ashli, mommy's little helper who proudly proclaimed that SHE wanted to pick the winner out of all of the ladies who are helping Masie (she calls him Masie)
And there you have it friends! The winner of the $25.00 gift certificate to the Swirlydoos store is Cassie Box! Congratulations CASSIE! Contact me at Info@swirlydoos.com to claim your prize~
Thank you again, too all of the beautiful women, and children who gave of your time and talents to help raise money for Autism. With help from folks like you, we WILL find a cause and we WILL find a cure!

Thanks so much for picking me and for the opportunity!! :)
Krissy - I too am moved to tears. What started out as a little thought has grown so large. Ali Edwards even put it on her blog, and I am humbled by all of the caring, generous people who just want to help. Krissy you are one amazing woman, and I admire you tremendously! You and little man are two of my heroes :)
Much Love & Many Blessings~
