Layout of the Week - March 27th Peggy

This week the layout of the week goes to Peggy.

Peggy created this stunning layout for Cindy's layout with instructions challenge this month and I have to see it turned out perfectly. I love the mixed media work as well as all these beautiful paper layers, and that gorgeous image really suits this layout.
